The past 2 days, 2 server crashes during tournaments I was in and my buyin has yet to be refunded. The first one I never got to play in because the crash happened right after I registered for the tournament and couldn't get to the table because of the crash. Today was even worse, was in the money as there was just 2 of us left in the tournament when the crash hit. Their reps on the live chat help desk seem to have no clue either......
